Personal appointment to our store will be available before and after these times, so that clients can visit our store and be the only customers present along with our staff if that is preferable. This will be on an appointment only basis, please call us for that service.


Whilst we have been unable to open to the general public, we have taken the opportunity to refurbish our shop including redecoration and installing new displays of stunning fabrics.


We have been busy following the government and British Retail Consortium guidelines. We would like to reassure you that we have deep cleaned all carpets and all areas of our store have been cleaned thoroughly.

Measures we have taken and will be continued to be taken are -

• Thorough cleaning of our store
• During the first few weeks of opening we will be operating reduced staffing in store, so please be patient with us while we attend everyone’s requirement.
• We will be restricting to 6 customers in store i.e. 3 couples or single parent with children wherever possible.
• We would kindly ask if you could use our hand sanitiser whenever entering our store.
• Touch pads and door handles will be regularly cleaned with appropriate hand sanitising product.
• When entering your property for both FREE home advisory and quotation service, we will wear face masks and use hand sanitiser before and after quotations or installations at your home.

We have produced these plans to the best of our ability to comply with guidelines, so that we can protect our staff and you our most valued customers from this terrible disease.


We will review all those procedures as well as our opening hours so that we can give our clients the best and safest service as we have done in the 37 years that we have been here in Swadlincote.
